Here”s anther simple and effective workout that can be done just about anywhere.
Start out with a nice warm up including some joint mobility, body weight movements.
Go through a basic kettlebell warm up to get acclimated.
We will do 12 minutes of two different couplets
15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 12 minutes of:
Couplet 1
- Kettlebell snatch right
- Kettlebell snatch left
Couplet 2
- Push ups
- Ring rows or pull ups
Abdominal finisher:
15 seconds work/15 http://www.phpaide.com/download.php?langue=fr&id=13 seconds rest for 4 rounds of:
- toe touches
- v-sits
- Russian twist
