Today’s workout will be very simple and can be done anywhere!

Start out with joint mobility and then bust through a two round kettlebell workout.

Practice your kettlebell snatches and include them in your warm up because you will be doing them today.

10 minute couplets:

15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 10 minutes of the following

  • Kettlebell snatch r/l
  • Push ups/ring rows

The object is to maintain the same pace (reps) for the entire 10 minute period.

We will finish with and abdominal circuit of 20 w/20r for 4 rounds:

  • V-sit or knees to chest
  • Russian twist
  • wind shield wipers
