Another fun circuit today that combines a little bit of strength and conditioning.
We’ll give you the chance to work on some things that you need to work on by giving you many options at each station.
This 8 round circuit consists of four stations.
Station 1 will be any leg movement you choose.Here are a few options: Use your imagination too.
- Double kettlebell front squats
- Goblet squat
- Split squat
- Weighted step up
- pistol/assisted pistol
Station 2 will be upper body push. Here are a few examples.
- Push up variations
- Press and handstand variations
- Kettlebell press,see saw press,double kb press, waiter press
Station 3: Lower pull and posterior chain examples.
- heavy swings or whatever variation you like
- Romanian deads, suitcase deads,single leg deads
- Swing set or jungle gym leg curls
Station 4: Abdominal options
- suspended knees to chest
- plank variations
- Power wheel variations
