We’ll be doing a our 15/15 strength/conditioning circuit.
Nice and efficient 25 minute session for you!
Warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.
We will be doing 50 intervals (10 rounds) of 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest of the following circuit.
- Pull-up, ring row or one arm kettlebell row (do one side and alternate with each round or do doubles with good posture)
- push-up (any variation)
- Deck squat or prison squat
- Broad jump or kettlebell swing
- Walkouts, swing set knees to chest, power wheel roll outs
