Today is strength day!

We will give you a few options for those who are working at home or in there gym that has limited equipment.

The warm up: 5 minutes of joint mobility followed by a two round kettlebell warm up.

  • 10 swings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 high pulls
  • 5 press
  • 5 goblet squat
  • 5 thruster
  • 5/5 1 arm row
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Round 2:

  • 16 hand to hand swings
  • 8 push ups
  • 4/4 cleans
  • 4/4 presses
  • 4/4 lunges
  • 4/4 one arm rows
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Workout: 1 minute work/30 seconds non-stop through this circuit.

  1. Alternate hand ring rows or one arm kettlebell row
  2. Walking lunges with kettlebells or sand bag
  3. Overhead walks
  4. Hand to hand kettlebell swings
  5. Power Wheel walks, lateral walks or wall/tire walks

You need minimal equipment for this one!
