Today is strength day!
We will give you a few options for those who are working at home or in there gym that has limited equipment.
The warm up: 5 minutes of joint mobility followed by a two round kettlebell warm up.
- 10 swings
- 10 push ups
- 10 high pulls
- 5 press
- 5 goblet squat
- 5 thruster
- 5/5 1 arm row
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Round 2:
- 16 hand to hand swings
- 8 push ups
- 4/4 cleans
- 4/4 presses
- 4/4 lunges
- 4/4 one arm rows
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Workout: 1 minute work/30 seconds non-stop through this circuit.
- Alternate hand ring rows or one arm kettlebell row
- Walking lunges with kettlebells or sand bag
- Overhead walks
- Hand to hand kettlebell swings
- Power Wheel walks, lateral walks or wall/tire walks
