Today we’ll combine alternate kettlebell and body weight movements into a circuit of 60/30 (seconds work/rest)
We will complete 4 rounds of this circuit straight through.
- Alternate arm ring rows
- Lateral kettlebell swings, step ups or lateral lunges
- Plank variations, L sits or modified L sit
- Single leg DL’s
- KB floor press or bench press
