Today we’ll combine alternate kettlebell and body weight movements into a circuit of 60/30 (seconds work/rest)

We will complete 4 rounds of this circuit straight through.

  • Alternate arm ring rows
  • Lateral kettlebell swings, step ups or lateral lunges
  • Plank variations, L sits or modified L sit
  • Single leg DL’s
  • KB floor press or bench press
