I modified our group workout for my self today.
I did a circuit of 5 movements of 25 seconds work/25 seconds rest non-stop.
Using the gym boss timer, busted out 5 rounds.
- Double kettlebell front squats (28kg bells)
- Hand stand push ups (TRX)
- Weighted pull ups (30lbs)
- Double kb RDL’s (40kg bells)
- Power wheel walkouts (forward/backward)

We had some advanced guys including the Milkman, Boxing Mike, MMA Ryan and MMA Joe.
