Remember, even though we are training outdoors, we always give you the option of training indoors.
Also remember to tell us if you are having any injury issues so we can address them.

Today is single bell/body weight strength/endurance day.
You’ll need one bell that you can perform the following movements with for 10 sets of 10 reps each with good form.
We’ll give you a few options on the body weight movements.
- 10 Kettlebell swings
- 10 Push ups/ring push ups
- 10 Goblet squats
- 10 Ring rows or pull ups/ring pull ups
- Roll outs/walkouts 5 reps or v-sits 10
Take your time going through this.
Remember, this is NOT a race or a competition.
