Friday Strength Couplets…
Warm up with joint mobility and two rounds of kettlebell warm up….
We have 3 different couplets and we’ll perform ladder style for 10 minutes…
Take 2-3 minutes rest between each one.
- Front squats 1-5 or 2-10
- Pull-ups 1-5 or 2-10
- Push-ups or dips 1-5 or 2-10 (advanced should go weighted)
- Heavy swings 1 or 2 KB’s 1-5 or 2-10
- Walkout or Power Wheel 1-5 or 2-10
- Knees to chest( hanging or floor/suspended) 1-5 or 2-10
