Start today’s workout with joint mobility wake up followed by a circuit warm up.

Today we’ll be going through a 30 minute kettlebell and body weight circuit focusing on slow and controlled quality movement.

30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 30 minutes non-stop through the circuit.

  • Ring push ups
  • Ring rows
  • Double kettlebell front squats
  • Low back extension or supermans
  • Free style abdominals (your choice of abs)
