The Milkman went haywire today!

The Training Room was on fire with over 30 people this morning.

Perform each movement in each triplet for 20 seconds non-stop for three rounds.

Complete one triplet, rest for 1:30 and move on to the next triplet and do the same.

Go through each triplet 2x

Here's the formula (20/20/20×3)x2= The Kettlebell Body Weight Triple Threat!

Triplet #1

  • kettlebell snatch R
  • kettlebell snatch L
  • Mountain climbers

Triplet #2

  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • Kettlebell thrusters
  • Jumping jacks or jump rope

Triplet #3

  • Drop squats
  • Half burpees
  • Star jumps
