Avon is running a 8 AM class only.

Manasquan is running a 7:30 class followed by Memorial Day “Murph” at 8:30.

Here’s what we will be doing with the group…

30/20 x 4 rounds of 3 different kettlbell and body weight triplets

Triplet 1

  • Ring rows
  • Squat (choice)
  • Low step-ups

Triplet 2

  • Swings or Light dead-lifts
  • Push-ups
  • Jumping jacs or jump rope

Triplet 3

  • Plank choice
  • Anti-rotations
  • Ski or inertia wave

Rest 2 minutes between each 4 round circuit.
