- Weighted pull ups 4(1,2,3) w/20 kg
I alternated back and forth between c+p's and weighted pull ups.
I hooked the 20 kg bell on my foot for pull ups.
Felt pretty strong today

- 40 kg kettlebell swings
- Sledge hammer hits on the tire
10 swings, 10/10 hits, 9 swings, 9/9 hits………..down to 1 with minimal to no rest between couplets.
