Today's Strength

  • Kettlebell Clean and Press ladders 4(1,2,3) w/28kg
  • Weighted pull ups 4(1,2,3) w/20 kg 

I alternated back and forth between c+p's and weighted pull ups.

I hooked the 20 kg bell on my foot for pull ups.

Felt pretty strong today

  • 40 kg kettlebell swings 
  • Sledge hammer hits on the tire 

10 swings, 10/10 hits, 9 swings, 9/9 hits………..down to 1 with minimal to no rest between couplets.
