Hey Training Room family!

Wednesday is challenge day…

This one is a John Reilly favorite so hopefully we’ll see him in the gym.

Today we’ve got our kettlebell and body weight 300 challenge lined up.

We’ll start out with some joint mobility and a three round kettlebell warm up.

Here’s the challenge:

Choose your weight wisely and go at your pace…

Perform solid reps with good form and do not rush through.

If you have any question as to what weight you should use, make sure to ask your instructor.

If you are a seasoned kettlebell veteran, you can follow the guidelines below.

Advanced women will use a 16kg bell and advanced men will use a 24kg.

Do the following one time through for time:

  • 25 v-sits, knees to chest or bicycles 25/25
  • 25/25 kettlebell snatch or one hand swing(advanced will complete the 25 on one side before moving on to the other)
  • 25 push ups or modifies (chest to the floor)
  • 50 kettlebell swings or kb deads
  • 50 squat thrusts
  • 25/25 clean and press (finish one side before moving to the other)
  • 50 mountain climbers each leg

What was your time and what weight did you use?

Please post a comment below, we would love to here it!

Enjoy your Wednesday!
