Go heavy today!

Where doing two separate circuits of 30 second triplets.  Each Triplet will consist of a lower body centric movement, and upper centric body push,upper body centric pull and mid-line stabilization movement.

Going 5 rounds on each one triplet, 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest with a 2 minute rest between each one.

Triplet 1

  • Double Kettlebell front squats
  • Heavy standing band rows
  • Power wheel roll outs or body weight walkouts

Triplet 2

  • suitcase or straight leg deadlift
  • double kettlebell press
  • power wheel knees or swing set knees to chest
