Here are the couplets with some options
  1. Double kettlebell swings/double kettlebell front squats
  2. V-sit,knees to chest,power knees to chest or swing set knees to chest/ med ball sit and reach 
  3. Ring rows (progressions on the video)/push ups or ring push ups
