Kettlebell Body Weight Strength Ladders
It’s been some time since we’ve done kettlebell body weight strength ladders, so let’s dive in on a Tuesday!
This stationary strength circuit will be done at your own pace.
In other words, don’t breeze through this one. Take your time on each of the movements and focus on great form.
A good way to do this one is to start with a lighter to moderate weight and ramp it up as the reps decrease down the ladder.
Perform 5 rounds of the following circuit sticking to the prescribed rep scheme (20.16.12.8.4).
Here’s the circuit:
- Swings, cleans or deadlift choice (e.g. if you’re doing cleans, your first round will be 10/10).
- Push-ups or kettlebell or dumbbell push press.
- Lunges or step ups (10/10,8/8…)
- Single arm row or pull ups (10.8.6.4.2)
- Ab choice
- Cardio choice (Calories)
Have a great Tuesday!
Keep showing up and training hard and smart!
