Kettlebell Body Weight Strength

Hey Training Room Family!

Saturday is a kettlebell body weight strength day.

Here’s what we will be doing.

30/20 x 4 rounds of 3 different kettlbell and body weight triplets

Triplet 1

  • Ring rows
  • Squat (choice)
  • Low step-ups

Triplet 2

Triplet 3

Rest 2 minutes between each 4 round circuit.
