We’ll start this awesome day off as usual, with a little joint mobility to wake the body up.

Then, we’ll move into a kettlebell warm up to get your body ready for what’s to come.

Today’s work out will be the Kettlebell deck of cards.

Go through the entire deck!

If you want to pick up the intensity, you can do all the movements with double kettlebells.

If  not, use singles

  • Hearts=kettlebell cleans
  • Diamonds=kettlebell jerks
  • Spades=split squats
  • Clubs=one arm rows or pull ups

Aces=12 reps

Jokers=10 burpees
