Today is the beginning of a great week of training.
We’re looking forward to unleashing some of our best workouts this week to challenge you big time.
We’ll start out with some joint mobility and body weight warm up followed up by basic kettlebell movements to get the heart rate up.
The goal of today’s workout is to complete each movement before moving on to the next one and do each movement in as little sets as possible.
Advanced people will complete each movement, then go to the other.
Beginners can circuit through until all reps are complete.
Here’s what we’re doing:
- 100 kettlebell snatches or swings
- 100 kettlebell jerks or push presses
- 100 yard walk lunge (with your kettlebell)
- 100 yard Power Wheel walk or 100 v-sits
