I spent most of the weekend outside being active with my kids. We did a little playground challenge.
You can watch the video below if want. I think adults enjoy challenge contests just as much as kids do, so get ready for yours.

You can do with a partner, of circuit through solo.
- Pistols or assisted pistols
- One arm kettlebell press (strict)
- single leg dead lift (double or single kettlebell)
- renegade rows
- Ab choice or TGU’s ( 5 reps on each arm)
