Warm up with 5 minutes of getups: 24kgs

  • Clean and press 4(1,2,3,4,5) with 28 kg's
  • Weighted pull ups on the rings 4(1,2,3,4) with 20 kgs

Finish up with Power wheel combos 15 seconds of each movement for 5 rounds.  Take 1 minute between rounds.
