V02 kettlebell snatches=Kettlebell Conditioning at it's best
The numbers are starting to climb on the V02 workouts. Nice!!!
This training is definitely NOT for those who don't like discomfort.
The snatch cadence is 8r/8l, and today I did 50 sets for a grand total of 400 snatches with the 24kg bell.
I felt OK until I hit about #40
Tomorrow will hit some clean/press and weighted pull up ladders.
