5 rounds of 20 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest at each station. Conplete 5 rounds at each staion before moving on to the next.  Take 1 minute rest between each couplet.

  1. Pull ups / kettlebell front squats
  2. kettlebell clean and press R/L (take 20 seconds rest between each side)
  3. Push ups / Low back extensions
  4. Turkish half ups R/L
