5 rounds of 20 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest at each station. Conplete 5 rounds at each staion before moving on to the next. Take 1 minute rest between each couplet.
- Pull ups / kettlebell front squats
- kettlebell clean and press R/L (take 20 seconds rest between each side)
- Push ups / Low back extensions
- Turkish half ups R/L
