We’ll start with some joint mobility and then go into our two round kettlebell warm up.

- Hearts=kettlebell cleans
- Diamonds= presses (body weight option is push ups)
- Clubs=v-sits
- Spades=kettlebell front squats r/l or goblet squats

Aces=12
Jokers=10 burpees
