  • Hearts= Kettlebell swings
  • Diamonds= Push ups 
  • Clubs= Kettlebell front squats 
  • Spades= 1 arm rows or pull ups 

Face cards= 10 reps

Aces= 12 reps
Jokers= 12 burpees
