Do the appropriate reps per card for the following
- Hearts= Kettlebell swings
- Diamonds= Push ups
- Clubs= Kettlebell front squats
- Spades= 1 arm rows or pull ups
Face cards= 10 reps
Aces= 12 reps
Jokers= 12 burpees
