Go through the entire deck!

  • Hearts=Push ups or dips
  • Diamonds= kettlebell snatches
  • Spades=ring rows
  • Clubs=clean/catch/squats

Aces=12 reps

Jokers= 10 burpees

Split up the reps on the snatches.  If you pull a 7, you will do 4 and 3.
