How many rounds can you get in 20 minutes?

  • Kettlebell snatch 5/5
  • Ring push ups 10
  • Kettlebell one hand swings 5/5
  • Pull ups 10

Work with the same kettlebell for the entire workout.  Select a kettlebell that is manageable but not too light.

We will finish with 5 rounds of 20 seconds/20 seconds(Gym Boss Timer) rest pushing "The Prowler"
