Here's a workout that can be done with one kettlebell right in your livingroom
Go as heavy as possible with sacrificing form
Work up to a heavier bell on the last few rounds if possible
Go from 10-1 reps on all of the following movements on both sides
- Walking lunges (hold your kettlebell in the rack, or goblet style)
- Kettlebell one arm row.
- Kettlebell Jerk
- Kettlebell Cleans
