It’s the start of another great week of training!

We’ll kick this one off with some strength.

You will have the option of the barbell or double kettlebell movements today.

Start out with a two round kettlebell warm up.

Double kettlebell or Barbell Ladder option:  Increase weight as reps go down.

10,8,6,4,2 reps

Do this as a circuit solo or partner up and finish one movement before moving on to the next.

  • Double Kettlebell or barbell front squat
  • Romanian deadlift
  • Pull ups (assisted, regular or weighted)
  • Barbell or kettlebell floor press
  • Power wheel rollouts, walkouts, knees to chest.

Finisher:  TABATA ROW,SKI,VERSA CLIMB OR DOUBLE UNDERS 8 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest.
