Today is strength day, and we’re giving you a few options.

Since we like to mix things up and do not just use kettlebells, we’ll have a barbell option today.

These workouts are best done with a partner to push you and spot you.

We’ll do 5 sets of 5 of the following movements with the bar or the bells:

  • KB or BB Front squat
  • KB floor press or BB bench press
  • KB or BB low row
  • Hamstring curl (TRX, swing set or power wheel)
  • Hanging knee raise, power wheel rollouts or v-sits (5×10 reps)
