  • Hearts=kettlebell clean squat or body weight/kettlebell deck squats
  • Diamonds= push ups, plyo push ups or kettlebell push press r/l 
  • Spades= pull ups ring rows or kettlebell one arm rows r/l 
  • clubs=knees to chest 

You can do your pull ups/ring rows inside or on the "Tower of Terror"

You can use a light kettlebell to assist with deck squats
