- Hearts=kettlebell clean squat or body weight/kettlebell deck squats
- Diamonds= push ups, plyo push ups or kettlebell push press r/l
- Spades= pull ups ring rows or kettlebell one arm rows r/l
- clubs=knees to chest
You can do your pull ups/ring rows inside or on the "Tower of Terror"
You can use a light kettlebell to assist with deck squats
