Kettlebell or Body Weight Strength

Since Tuesday is a strength focus at The Training Room, we’ve got a we’ve got a kettlebell or body weight strength flow with a bonus hold.

Choose from either kettlebell or body weight movements on this, or you can mix them up.

We will move for 20 seconds with a 10 second hold x 4 round on each side.

Here’s the circuit:

Go through on one side and then the other…

  • Clean, high pull or supermans (hold in the rack, goblet position or chest off the floor for supermans)
  • Press or push up (hold overhead, or in the up or half down position if you’re doing push ups)
  • Split squat (hold at 90 degrees or slight pulse)
  • Kettlebell or ring row (hold at the top)
  • Abs (hold tight)

Finisher: 30/15 x 3 rounds

  • Kettlebell or dumbbell curl
  • Kettlebekk ir dumbbell triceps
  • Abs
  • Cardio
