Thursday is Strength Day!
Strength Training is one of the most important things you can do to keep your body healthy. Make sure to check your form and technique!
We are still running our Training Room Punch Card Special (Manasquan or Avon)... this is GREAT for friends, family, or people who aren’t ready to commit to a monthly membership!
We LOVE seeing people outside in the fresh air getting in some great workouts while feeling strong, healthy and accomplished! Have any questions at all feel free to ask. We are ALWAYS here for you.
Thursday’s Workout looks like this:
Kettlebell or Bodyweight
You can use 1 or 2 KB’s if you have them!
30 work /30 rest x 6rds:
- Cleans, Snatch , Single Leg Deadlift, Supermans
- KB or DB press (strict or push) or inverted press
- Long Cycle or Split Squat
- Ab Choice
Repeat for a total of 6rds
1min hard / 1min easy x 5 rds
Choose one exercise or a couple and alternate (this is a perfect kettlebell Sport training workout):
- KB Jerk
- Long cycle
- JR / rope flow
- Small steps/ imaginary agility ladder
