Finisher: 5 minutes max effort/ reps of your choice:
- row

- ski
- long cycle or snatch
- Burpees
KETTLEBELL SPORT CLASS:
- 5 min cleans or snatch
- 5 min easy cardio
- 5 min jerks
- 5 min easy cardio
- 5 min long cycle
