Bodyweight Version:

  • ab choice
  • Repeat…

Finisher: 5 minutes max effort/ reps of your choice:

  • row
  • bike
  • ski
  • long cycle or snatch
  • Burpees

KETTLEBELL SPORT CLASS:

  • 5 min cleans or snatch
  • 5 min easy cardio
  • 5 min jerks
  • 5 min easy cardio
  • 5 min long cycle
