Warrior Challenge Beach Training Classes continue for the next 5 Sundays at 7:30am.  This is FREE for Training Room Members and only $20 drop-in for Non-Members.  There is nothing quite like running and crawling in the sand with your Teammates… Go Get ’em!

Saturday’s Strength Session will be a choice of Kettlebell or Bodyweight Exercises!

5 ROUND STATIONARY STRENGTH CIRCUIT
Each Round is 5 Minutes of Work!

INTERVALS:  20 Seconds Work / 10 Seconds Hold or Rest

KETTLEBELL VERSION

  • Clean / Rack Hold
  • Press / Overhead Hold
  • Squat or Split Squat / Squat Hold
  • Kettlebell Row / Hold Bell at your Ribs
  • Walkout or Tabletop with Knee Hovers / Hold Plank or Knees Up
  • Repeat on the Other Side

BODYWEIGHT VERSION

  • Superman / Hold Arms Up
  • Push-Ups / Hold Halfway
  • Squats / Hold Squat
  • Ring Rows / Hold
  • Walkout or Tabletop with Knee Hovers / Hold Plank or Knees Up
  • Repeat Sequence
