Here's what I did yesterday in my back yard:

On the 2 minute mark for 15 rounds ( 30 minutes)
  • Kettlebell Jerks 8r/8l
  • Pull ups 8

Total: 120 pull ups and  240 jerks

Today:

15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 15 rounds: 24kg kettlebell 
  • kettlebell snatch 7 r
  • kettlebell snatch  7 l 
  • burpee 6

The goal was to keep the pace of 8/8 snatches and 6  burpees

Total  snatches= 196
Total burpees= 84

Workout time: 22 minutes
