Keep the reps consistent throughout the 10 rounds
  • kettlebell snatches l/r
  • kettlebell jerks l/r 

Find your groove and stick with it for 10 rounds keeping the rep scheme consistent for all 10 rounds. 

For example, if your pace is 7 reps for the 15 seconds, stick with it.
