I only had 15 minutes to train today, so here's what I did

15 second work/15 seconds rest for 15 minutes of:

  • Kettlebell snatch R
  • Kettlebell snatch L
  • Air Dyne Bike sprints 90 rpm

I kept a pace of 8/8 on the snatches

This was enough to satisfy me.

Now it's off to watch high school basketball and then my 5 year old's gymnastics birthday party.
