Cardio or Kettlebell Sport Conditioning?
Hey Training Room friends!
It IS a conditioning day and you WILL have a choice between cardio and kettlebell sport conditioning options!
We know many of you have become interrested in traning and competing in kettlebell sport, so take advantage of these sessions.
Take your pick, both cardio intervals and kettlebell sport conditioning intervals will certainly elevate your heart rate and accomplish the goals for the day!
Pick 4 cardio or kettlebell sport exercises and complete 5 sets of 1 minute intervals with descending rest periods with each set.
We will do 5 sets of 4 exercises.
- Kettlebell sport=kettlebell snatch, long cycle (clean and jerk) or Jerk.
Cardio choices can be done on equipment or body weight movements such as…
- Row
- Bike
- Ski
- Run
- Jump rope
- Step ups
- squat thrusts or burpees
- Crawls or animal movements
- sleds
- sand dune running
You can mix and match kettlebell sport and cardio/body weight as well…
Here are your intervals..
- 60/60
- 60/45
- 60/30
- 60/15
- 60/ Rest 1:30
Complete all 5 sets before moving to the next item
Total training time is 34:30
