You'll need only one bell for this.
Here are the movements:
- Kettlebell cleans R/L
- Kettlebell push press R/L
- Kettlebell racked squat or split squat
- Kettlebell one arm row R/L
- Kettlebell snatch R/L
- 15 seconds work on each side of each movement.
- Go from right to left side with no rest
- Take 15 seconds rest between exercises
- Walkouts will be performed for 30 seconds
- Take 30 seconds between rounds
- Do 6 rounds of this workout.
