You'll need only one bell for this.

Here are the movements:

  1. Kettlebell cleans R/L
  2. Kettlebell push press R/L
  3. Kettlebell racked squat or split squat
  4. Kettlebell one arm row R/L
  5. Kettlebell snatch R/L
  6. Walkouts

Details:

  • 15 seconds work on each side of each movement.
  • Go from right to left side with no rest
  • Take 15 seconds rest between exercises
  • Walkouts will be performed for 30 seconds
  • Take 30 seconds between rounds
  • Do 6 rounds of this workout.
