Today's workout

20 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest for 6 rounds
  • Heavy kettlebell swings (40kg) 12 reps with each round
  • Kettlebell Jerks (28kg) 8 reps on each side 
  • Pull ups 8 reps with each round 
  • Prowler  

Good workout!  

I was I little tired from the weekend's activities. This workout fit the bill.  It Didn't completly smoke me. It got my heart pumping and was able to go a little heavy.

The GymBoss Timer forced me to take short rest periods and not mill around.
