Hey Training Room Family…

We hope you had a great week, although it’s not quite over!

Stay tuned for updates on the new Manasquan gym and event that will be happening as we get closer to opening.

Today we will be mixing up the couplets with some kettlebells and body weight training and will be adding a conditioning component in as well.

War up with a two round kettlebell warm up.

We will be performing three different couplets.

15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 10 rounds of each one with a 2 minute rest between each.

Couplet 1: 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest alternating between the two movements

  • ring rows
  • push-ups

Couplet 2:  15 seconds work/15 seconds rest alternating between the two movements

  • High-pull
  • goblet squats

Couplet 3: 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest alternating between the two movements

  • Ab choice
  • Cardio choice (bike,ski,shuttle run,versa climb,row,jump rope)
