Switch hands on each kettlebell movement on the 30 second mark.

Do 5 rounds with a minute rest between each round.

  • walkouts or push-up plank 1 minute
  • Cleans 30/30
  • Press 30/30
  • Front squat 30/30
  • Row 30/30
