Do 10 rounds or these 5 movements:
- 5/5 kettlebell snatches
- 10 push ups (modified, regular, divebomb or hindu)
- 5/5 kettlebell split squats
- 10 pullups or ring rows
- 10 v-sits
Use a kettlebell that's on the heavy side.
Take you time and do good reps
