Do 5 rounds or 25 minutes of the following.

Circuit through this…

  • Kettlebell swing 5/5
  • Kettlebell floor press 5/5
  • Kettlebell front clean 5/5
  • Kettlebell front squat 5/5
  • Kettlebell one arm row 5/5
  • Walkouts or roll outs 5

As always, use controlled movements and concentrate on technique.

Start with a moderate weight on your first sets and and work up to something heavier for the last 3 or 4 sets.
