- Kettlebell swing 5/5
- Kettlebell floor press 5/5
- Kettlebell front clean 5/5
- Kettlebell front squat 5/5
- Kettlebell one arm row 5/5
- Walkouts or roll outs 5
As always, use controlled movements and concentrate on technique.
Start with a moderate weight on your first sets and and work up to something heavier for the last 3 or 4 sets.
