4 rounds at each station

1 minute work/30 seconds rest on the GymBoss timer

  • kettlebell swings or snatches
  • Kettlebell jerks
  • Walkout or plank hold
  • 1 arm body weight ring row or TRX row
  • Goblet Squat holds

Do 30 seconds intervals on each each side where appropriate.

Take a minute rest between stations.

Finish up with some kettlebell tosses through the wall!

When you come in to train in Monday, the room will be a lot bigger!
