We’ll start out with joint mobility and kettlebell warm up.

Here’s a workout that we originally designed for our friend D-Dog who is somewhere training with his elite squad of Army Special Forces.  We pretty much took all his favorite movements and put them together in a strength circuit.

Who knows when he’ll resurface.

But, until then, we’ll honor him with his workout.

Enjoy the D-dog!

It’s a great combination of strength, conditioning and stability and is sure to push you outside your comfort zone.

We’ll do 1 minute of work and 30 seconds of rest of each movement non-stop for four rounds

  • Get ups, half get ups or walkouts
  • Hand to hand kettlebell swings
  • kettlebell jerks r/l
  • renegade rows
  • walking lunges

Complete on minute of get ups switching hands with each rep.

Switch hands on the 30 second mark on the jerks.
