15 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest for 10 rounds at each couplet

  • Double kettlebell swings/push ups
  • Double kettlebell front squats/ring rows or pull ups 

Take 1:30 rest between each 10 round couplet

Keep the reps consitant through out all 10 rounds

Try to pick up the pace a little if it feels easy
