15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 8 rounds at each couplet
Couplet 1:
- Kettlebell front squats
- Pull ups or ring rows
Couplet 2:
- Kettlebell swings (heavy)
- Push ups or Power Push ups
Couplet 3:
- Sit up and reach
- Knees to chest or swing set knees to chest
